Secretary/Receptionists

Your first point of contact with our practice. Our staff really do endeavour to help you as much as possible. Each Doctor (and the Practice Sisters) works with a dedicated team of Secretary/Receptionists to provide the best possible service to our patients.

Practice Management Team

This team deals with all management issues within the Practice. They are responsible for legal compliance including the health and safety of patients and staff, training, complaints, appropriate management of your medical records and the financial wellbeing of the surgery.
